Frequently asked questions
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What should I do?
Send me a note with the correct address, and I will make every effort to change it for you.
HOWEVER, that change may be overlooked as I get very busy and sometimes miss it. As such, I am not responsible for your item going to a wrong address. I am not able to refund shipping or item costs in these instances.
Tracking says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?
Once your order leaves our studio, it's in the hands of the Post Office or other deliver service. If we've made an error we will gladly correct the problem.
However, if it was not our error, we are unable to refund shipping or orders that didn't arrive. We suggest that you:
-Check the address that you provided to make sure it is correct.
-Check with neighbors to see if it was delivered to them.
-Contact your local Post Office to see if they know where it might be.
